Vintage Pilots Seat: This chair was salvaged from a remote military junkyard in Manitoba. Very likely it belongs to World War II era aircraft. The shape is typical of vintage bombers.
Completely re-upholstered in industrial yellow vinyl, repainted and rebuilt the legs or shall we say the undercarriage. Added handcrafted wooden skies reminiscent of the planes that used to land and take off in frozen Canadian terrain and that also gives the chair unique look that’s inspired by the war-bird era gone-by. One-of-a-kind, a great accent piece for your home or office.
Hundreds of hours go into each Aviation furniture piece from salvaging, redesigning and fabricating every piece is painstakingly brought back to life for the discerning.
